On this walk, you’ll: • Follow the clues – Piece together the story of the manor house and discover what really happened to this historic building. • Explore hidden corners – Visit associated buildings, the site of a once-grand garden, and water features tucked into ancient woodland. • Enjoy the scenery – Stroll through beautiful parkland while soaking up centuries of local history. • Step back in time – Imagine life in a royal hunting forest and see the setting where important decisions and activities once took place. • Part of Belper 250 – This walk is one of many exciting events celebrating 250 years of Belper, full of history, adventure, and discovery.
