Back by popular demand, Mama G returns with a joyful, inclusive story time for all ages. Back by popular demand, and in celebration of this year’s International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia (IDAHOBIT), come and join us for story time with award-winning storyteller Mama G! Mama G will be sharing original stories and songs, alongside some of the very best picture books on the market, in an uplifting, joyful story time for the whole family. Expect dancing, laughter, and giggles galore as Mama G celebrates the power of being who you want to be and loving who you are. The International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia (IDAHOBIT) takes place on 17 May each year and is a global moment of solidarity and visibility for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities. It’s a perfect day to celebrate kindness, inclusion, and equality while standing against discrimination, and to enjoy storytelling that inspires and uplifts. Described as “everyone’s favourite pantomime dame” (Metro), Mama G has been telling stories for the last six years. During that time, she has been a semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent, performed her show Off-Broadway, and appeared at libraries, festivals, Prides, museums, and theatres across the UK.
