Brampton care home invites community to celebrate special milestone
Fri 1 May
10.30am-3.30pm
Knollbeck Lane Brampton Barnsley South Yorkshire S73 0TX
A care home in Brampton is inviting the local community to join them to celebrate a special milestone. On Friday 1st May, from 10.30am-3.30pm, Care UK’s Sid Bailey, on Knollbeck Lane, will be hosting a special party complete with live music and a magic show to celebrate three years since the home first opened its doors. On the day, there will be entertainment from circus performer Magic Merlin who will delight guests with a variety act, complete with sleight of hand tricks, balloon modelling and an interactive circus skills workshop. There will also be live music from singer Kevin Kitchen during the coffee morning, with singer Mav making an appearance in the afternoon. Both local singers will be performing a range of well-known hits from across the decades – sure to get everyone dancing. Guests and residents will be treated to a buffet dinner, with party food favourites including sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche and desserts. The head chef is also baking a celebratory cake to mark the occasion. Sid Bailey is a state-of-the-art care home which has been rated Outstanding by the CQC. The home provides residential and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis. Designed to enable residents to lead active and fulfilling lives, the care home also offers its very own café, cinema room and hair salon as well as plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. To find out more about Sid Bailey, or to book your place at the event, contact 01226 818 344 or email reception@sidbaileycarehome.co.uk...
