The Extreme Abseil, proudly sponsored by Eastern Lift Services, is back and we want you to take on the challenge! Face your fears to create a calm space for lasting memories. We’re challenging participants to take one brave step to create a dedicated, peaceful space for when time truly matters, for our patients facing end-of-life, and their loved ones. This June take on Ipswich Hospital's Tower to fundraise for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity's Time Garden Appeal. Take in unbelievable views across Ipswich that very few people are able to experience. The day is split into 30 minute timeslots, and with two ropes going down the tower, it’s the perfect challenge to take on with a friend or your team!
