SW14 8AX Our main piece for the evening will be Duruflé’s contemplative and ethereal Requiem which he composed in 1947 in memory of his father; and we’ve paired this with Cecilia McDowall’s Ave Maris Stella, two new pieces by Russell Hepplewhite which you might not have heard before - Endless Time (text by Rabindranath Tagore) & Leaving (Pam Ayres), plus Arvo Pärt‘s instrumental piece - Spiegel im Spiegel.
