We span the years and continents with words from Shakespeare to native American lyric’s; an atmospheric piece by Orlando Gibbons; part-songs by Holst; spirituals and of course an Essex folk-song by Vaughan Williams! We're delighted to be able to welcome local folk singer and previous choir member, Moose performing as 1 quarter of cappella folk group Sound Tradition! They will be performing some beautiful folk songs. This is a relaxed concert, cabaret style. Please bring your own drinks and snacks to indulge in during the performance and interval. There’s a limited number of Early Bird tickets available until 15 June so get your now! James Davey is one of the UK's most distinguished and respected choral directors, in demand for his work as a conductor, choir trainer, arranger, adjudicator and fixer. She is also a first study harpsichordist, known for her sensitive accompanying skills, performing with instrumentalists, groups and singers. The choir has a reputation for presenting concerts of a wide and varied content to a high standard of musical performance...
