BEGINNERS TAI CHI -SATURDAY SHORT 3-HOUR COURSE (WESTMINSTER)

One SATURDAY a month: 10.00-1.00pm. COST: £35. (There is no ‘taster’ cost for this course). We have a short break in the middle of the session. The Abbey Community Association, 34 Great Smith Street SW1P 3BU Tai Chi exercises for 2 people working together. It is not necessary to bring a partner with whom you can work.
