Take a walk through a White Peak Dale, listen to the sounds and see the sights of this serene gem then submerge in its cool waters in a safe river pool with waterfalls to play in.
This session is suitable for all levels and takes around 4 hours depending on how fast we walk, how much we chat and how long we spend in the water. A very relaxed affair. There’s plenty of opportunity to stop and enjoy the view and chat along the way.
The walk is a circular of 7km with an elevation gain of 250m. Suitable for complete beginners to wild swimming as well as those looking to expand their outdoor swim journey.
What's included
Experienced, evidence led guiding. Full guidance on cold water immersion and wild swimming will be provided.
Water shoes and neoprene gloves (for those who don't yet have their own)
Homemade cake.

Good to know
You must be able to swim a minimum 50m and be confident treading water.
This will be a gentle paced walk. We have a climb of around 250m into and out of the valley. There are some steep sections but there'll be plenty of rest stops along the way. No-one gets left behind...
