Heritage Open Day: a fascinating look at the workings of Park hall Military training camp, the soldiers who trained there, the characters and their stories, now updated display for 2026 including stories from some of the men who trained at Park Hall a presentation specifically created to look at the routes, connections and networks looking at the former Park hall training camp, its influence through the years, some of the companies that trained there, how the 'Oswestry' influence played a big part in the lives of the men who trained there, and looking at how many former soldiers come back to visit Oswestry again and most speak fondly of their time in the town and the surrounding area...
