Heritage Open Day: Vishuddha is a modern, purpose-built, award winning yoga centre in a beautiful Thames-side setting offering free yoga classes or just a wander round and chat. This purpose-built yoga centre is built on the principles underlying yoga itself. The Centre opened in 2022 and has since received an OPT Green award, RIBA southern area award, and a ‘highly commended’ Civic Trust Award.
