Heritage Open Day: Join in on our events and activities at Jarrow Hall for Heritage Open Days on the 19th and 20th of September! From workshops and living history demonstrations to crafts and activities for the little ones, there will be something for everyone. Jarrow Hall has something for everyone! Visit our Bede Museum to learn about the story of Anglo-Saxon Northumbria and the life of one of its most important figures, Bede. Head out onto our farm to meet our animal residents and visit our demonstration Anglo-Saxon village, Gyrwe, to learn more about the lives of the Anglo-Saxons.
