Brave the cold at St Margaret’s Hospice New Year’s Day Dip at Minehead Esplanade. Whether you’re a seasoned sea dipper or taking on your very first cold water challenge, it’s the perfect way to welcome 2027 while raising vital funds for your local hospice.
Bring your friends, round up your family, and rally your colleagues. Pull on fancy dress, grit your teeth, and charge into icy water in support of a good cause.
What happens on the day?
After checking in, you’ll join fellow dippers on Minehead Beach for a welcome and safety briefing before charging into the sea together.
Brave the cold, splashing through the sea knowing every moment is making hospice care possible. Afterward, warm up with a free hot drink and celebrate with friends, family and fellow fundraisers.
