This relaxed session which is done sitting on a chair or standing (using the chair for balance or support if necessary) is specially designed for anyone who finds it difficult to get down on the floor and then back up again. It will bring you greater flexibility, strength and awareness in your body, healthier breathing and a calmer mind all wrapped up in a session which is relaxed and fun! Each class includes breathing techniques, Asanas (exercises) and guided visualisations. Taught by Ruth Chambers - qualified Yoga, Meditation and Reiki teacher. Suitable for men and women whatever your age or level of fitness. Beginners always welcome. Classes happen most weeks. Please ring to book your place.
