Macmillan Coffee Morning at Dunton Community Garden, near Biggleswade

Come and enjoy a drink & fresh bake in a beautiful setting at our coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. All proceeds from sales of refreshments, cake and raffle will be donated to the charity. Dunton Community Garden is run by volunteers & worked on organic gardening principles. We will have our organically grown garden produce for sale and preserves made with it. As this is also Dunton’s Scarecrow Weekend, there will be an opportunity to meet Marigold at the garden & pick up a scarecrow trail leaflet. Scarecrows will be on display around the village from Saturday, throughout the weekend. For Young Gardeners, there‚Äôs lots to look at & explore. Also, drawing materials, digging implements, water play & garden toys are always available.

10.30am - 12.30pm. Free entry to the garden. Donations for refreshments. Raffle tickets, cakes, produce and preserves (jams, chutney, piccalilli, fruit purees) on sale.
Event access via Church Farm’s driveway (follow signs from March Hare pub). Note: For wheelchairs, the ground is uneven and the terrain is mainly grass.
Dogs welcome on a lead.
Toilet on site.
The event will go ahead whatever the weather. There are covered areas to sit.
