The oil burner course will be over 2 days.
On the first day, after a 15-20 minute demonstration you will be on the potter's wheel throwing a couple of bases and top dishes with the support of tutor Fi.
These cylinders will then be left overnight to dry out until they are leather-hard. Then on the following day, it will be time to turn the base (carve excess clay off of the base) and carve out a hole in the base of your burner.
