Sigrun was born and brought up in Iceland where she has spent most of her life. For over 10 years she has been a meditator and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris in Iceland. For the last 2 years has she been based at the International Headquarter in London where she has many roles and responsibilities which includes facilitating Workshops in several parts of London.
