Celebrating its ninth year, The Deepbridge Chester Arts Fair is taking place virtually online from November 13th to December 13th 2020. The UK’s favourite artist art fair will have plenty in store for everyone with a curated collection British and International artists showcasing hundreds of pieces of art, including Paintings, Sculpture, Ceramics, Photography and Mixed Media artwork.
New for this year, visitors will be able to purchase a set of highly sought after limited edition prints from the Visual Artists Association for just a £10 donation, in aid of charity. Award-winning artists supporting the CreateArt4Hope Charity Appeal include Cheshire based hyperrealism artist Samantha Messias, fine art painter Andrew Alan Johnson, sculptor Jacob Chan, and International landscape artist Francis Ackland Snow. 100% of proceeds will benefit charities, including Maggie’s Cancer Centres and also The Hive Youth Zone.
The Fair will be hosting the finalists exhibition of the International Art Prize, the Visual Art Open. Over forty pieces of art from emerging artists across the globe have been selected from renowned jurors. Visitors can vote for their favourite piece in the Public Choice Awards, which are open now.
Fair Director Laura O’Hare commented: “The fair offers the opportunity for art enthusiasts to view and buy art from the comfort of their own homes during the Covid-19 pandemic. More than half of our artists are set to bring pieces that have not been seen at any other fair, with many pieces created exclusively for sale for the online event. The Fair is creating a real is a real buzz and is proof the artworld is adapting in a new era.”
The Fair will open on the 13th November with the VIP Preview Evening and is free to join.
