The Carnival is taking place on Saturday 26th May 2018. The parade will starts at Sanworth Street at approx 12:30pm going along Halifax Road pass the Town Hall and onto Burnley Road finishing at North Lodge Centre Vale Park Todmorden. There is lots of Entertainment all day long.
An intriguing 6 acre upland garden within a sheltered valley, created entirely by the present owner over a period of 40 years. In that time the valley has been planted with 20,000 trees by friends, neighbours and myself, which has encouraged a habitat rich in bird and wildlife.

Parkers Lodge is set on the site of a demolished Victorian Mill that was used for bleaching. Since the houses were completed in 2014 a small group of volunteers have been working to transform what was a jungle into a manicured wild space that still allows the local wildlife to flourish.
