The woods near Croydon are plentiful in wild food; in fact we think they are some of the best woods we have ever been foraging in. There are a huge variety of edible plants in the south east most of which can be found around the area.
We will meet in Farleigh Common at the Harrow Inn at 12pm.
This line dance social night is suitable for everyone including absolute beginners and beginners. You don’t need any previous experience, just a sense of humour. We will give instruction for beginner level line dances. Everyone is friendly and you will have a fun time.

Whitgift School has a series of award-winning gardens within the extensive historic grounds of the School. Popular features include a maze, a collection of bonsai, a family of wallabies and a range of exotic birds, including peacocks and flamingos.
What materials could you gather in the shopping centre, and how could you make them useful in a new way? Could you use make-up to draw a map? A water pistol to send messages?
Using the shopping centre for inspiration, families will design and create their own toolkit for an imagined future.

Every year, thousands of comics bring comedy shows to the internationally known Edinburgh Fringe Festival. But those shows need to be tweaked and refined, honed and perfected...and that’s happening at Laugh Train Home.
Developed over 14yrs, this large garden has a formal layout, with wide mixed herbaceous borders full of colour and interest, surrounded by mature trees, framing sunny lawns, a central box parterre and an Indian pergola. Ancient pear trees festooned in June with clouds of white kiftsgate and rambling rector roses.
Choral music sung by St Cecilia Chorus (Banstead Muscial Society) celebrating the supernatural world. Angels, nymphs, goddesses and the odd devil!
