On Saturday 6th October 2018, The Elgar Chorale of Worcester will be giving a concert of music and readings in St Andrew’s Church, Ombersley at 7.30pm.
The Elgar Chorale will perform a concert of music and readings. We will be celebrating the season of Autumn and Remembrance and to raise funds for the church.
She is back due to popular demand! This exciting night includes an introduction to all things paranormal with International Psychic Medium Julie Angel (of SKY tv, BBC1, Channel 4, Kerrang, BBC Radio Hereford & Worcester, and national press fame).
This is a 3hr workshop for beginners learning to sew, you need to be able to thread your machine and wind a bobbin. Bring your own machine, or use one of ours. You will make a doorstop, if you feel able you can decorate with simple applique.
This exhibition explores ordinary people’s voices against a world of corporate and political messages, featuring work by Mark Titchner and Gillian Wearing together with the Museum’s collection of political prints and satire.

First workshop in the "Soft Furnishings" course.
Learn to make an envelope cushion cover, with buttonhole and covered button. You will have the template to keep to make lots more at home.
This is a beginners workshop, you only need to be able to thread a machine and wind a bobbin.
Second workshop in the Soft Furnishing course - Learn how to make a lined curtain.
In this 3hr workshop you will be taught how to measure a window for your curtain, and estimate the fabric required.
You will then make a beautiful sample lined curtain with pencil pleat heading tape.
Four mornings - I’ll start by taking you through the basic functions of a sewing machine getting you comfortable with all its workings and making it your new best friend! We’ll cover lots of useful sewing techniques to give you a thorough grounding in all the essential sewing know-how.
Join us at our monthly market 11am-2pm every 4th Sunday and browse amongst the brilliant stalls offering locally made and crafted, artwork, jewellery, photography, ceramics, candles, soaps and textiles.
We are located in the peaceful countryside of Worcester in a historically interesting church building.
The Orthodox Church is the original Christian Church, the Ancient Church. We are the English manifestation of Orthodox Christianity, but also multi-cultural.
