Wimborne St Giles Church Fete is a traditional Church fete, held right outside the Church on the green with lots of stalls, sideshows, teas, BBQ and games etc. Around 1000 visitors come from far and near every year for the events and live music.

A large, peaceful garden in the New Forest, developed from a paddock in 1997. Cottage garden areas contrast with shrubs and trees forming wandering pathways and open spaces. Two ponds encourage a wide variety of wildlife, and a wildflower meadow behind has many wild orchids.
A thick high hedge and a selection of trees and shrubs surround our 1 acre garden and C18 New Forest cottage (not open). Raised beds and island beds have been developed for shade and sun loving plants, incl hostas, ferns, alpines, unusual perennials, cottage garden plants, flowering shrubs and wild flowers.
Whiteparish All Saints’ Church & School will be holding their annual village fete on Saturday, 23rd June. This traditional Village fete will be themed around the 250th Anniversary of ’The Circus’ as an entertainment idea.

Glorious rhododendrons and azaleas form a backdrop for our C19 garden first opened in the 1930s for the fledgling NGS, now under restoration. The C16 manor house (not open) overlooks a grand parterre with box hedges and lavender.
