Join Kerry for Crafternoons, a FREE drop-in workshop and social group held in the barn at Heron Corn Mill.
The group is for older people to meet up and try new crafts, such as felting, patchwork and crochet, exchange ideas or just enjoy a good natter and a cup of tea!
Our ever popular Mill Tour and Milling Demonstrations take place at 11.30am sharp on the first Friday of every month! Join us for a tour with Stuart and learn all about the historic Heron Corn Mill, and then watch as he mills our artisan flours aided by his trusty volunteers.
Join us as for an extra special afternoon social of games and sandwiches to coincide with April’s milling demonstration!
There will be a wide variety of traditional and not so traditional games to play, along with a range of fresh and tasty sandwiches!

Once again the Choral Scholars of King’s College, Cambridge, known as The King’s Men, have chosen to enjoy the warm welcome and splendid accoustic of St George’s, Kendal on their northern tour.
