The Welsh Beekeepers’ Association Convention 2018 will be held in the Old Food Hall at the Showground with guest speakers, beekeepers’ question time, trade stands and exhibitions, bargain beekeeping supplies and all day refreshments.

Chris Jones of Powys Ramblers will lead an 8 mile moderate circular walk around Ty’n-y-pant and Nant Madog from Elan Village. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing and bring a packed lunch. Meet at the Elan Village Green at 10am. SN 935654.

It’s galaxy season! Join Martin Nelmes and his team from the University of Aberystwyth as they explore our home address in the Universe. Vocalist Hannah Solly and pianist Tom Hughes are a duo from Herefordshire. Hannah is a graduate from Dance College, London - a specialist commercial dance college in the UK where she studied a wide range of dance genres and performing arts skills. She now works in Hereford as a dance teacher.
