Join Malcolm Tranter to explore the spectacular tombs and temples of ancient Egypt, including the Valley of the Kings, Luxor, Karnak, Abu Simbel, Aswan, etc. The sheer scale of the temples and the colours of the tomb paintings are mind boggling. To cruise the impressive River Nile is to view a civilisation where life has not changed for many centuries.
