Hampshire Swish clothes swapping event

This is a Past Event and has been Archived.

Step into spring and beat the January blues! Bring up to 7 items of good quality, preloved clothes, shoes, handbags or accessories and swap them with fellow fashion conscious ladies. Revamp your wardrobe without stepping foot inside a shop! This is a sustainable, recession busting way of turning unworn items into items you will want to wear. Please bring good quality items, clean and on a hanger. Please do not bring your tat! No Primark or supermarket brands. Items that are bobbled, stained, worn out, torn or do not meet standards will be rejected. Style and image consultant will be on hand to offer advice about styles that suit and that don't! Have a root through your wardrobe, come along and be part of this fun, sociable event. We look forward to seeing you there.

Doors open at 6.30pm for items to be checked in. Swish opens at 8pm. Tickets are £7.50 in advance or £10 on the door. Includes glass of bubbly. 20% of ticket sales going to Mencap. Also on the night - style, image and colours advice, Neal’s Yard Remedies and a range of affordable pamper treatments.

Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"Our event was a success due in no small part to your inclusion of it and the fact that yours was the first entry in an internet search for the title of the exhibition. The days of chasing after printed media coverage are over. Where Can We Go gave us excellent coverage and and we would be happy to recommend your service to organisations large and small." - Jock, Herald Events.
"We had an excellent response from our posting on WhereCanWeGo.com, and it was responsible for drawing folk from a wide area to our event; we recommend you as being the most effective form of publicity around." - Barbara , Village Celebration Food & Crafts Fairs.
