Chinese Themed Event Day

Did you know that 2012 is the Chinese Year of the Dragon? Pop along to Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery and help us celebrate! Come and experience the orient in our Chinese Themed Event Day. Marvel at Professor Pop-Ups Puppet Show ‘A Very Chinese Puzzle’. There will also be the opportunity to see some of the museum’s fascinating Chinese objects not normally on display. We will also be offering our popular, FREE ‘Make and Take Home’ activities for children on a Chinese theme. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult. This event day accompanies our new exhibition ‘Just My Cup of Tea’, now open on the Landing Gallery.

This event is Free! The puppet shows will take place at 11.30am and 2.30pm. Young visitors will also have an opportunity to make and take home their own Chinese Lantern. Making activities will be available all day from 11.00am until 4.00pm. Telephone 024 7635 0720 for any further queries.
