The Guildhall, Northampton

Heritage Open Day: A gem of Victorian architecture built 1861-64 to designs of E W Godwin; extended 1889-92 in similar style by A W Jeffrey and Matthew Holding. Interior decoration has been restored to its original splendour. Tours run from 12:00pm to 15:00pm BUT the building is open from 11:00am to 16:00pm
