Heritage Open Day: Britain's last water-powered heavy iron forge. 17th-19th centuries, closed 1908 and restored mainly by volunteers. Working water-wheels, historic machinery. Collection of stationary steam engines and other machines, some running with compressed air. Guided tours and self guided nature trail available.
