Mindful Eating for Happiness

This one day course explores how Mindful Eating can be used to identify the unique food and eating patterns that will support you most effectively, and how simple tools from the world of positive psychology can be used to help you enjoy more moments of happiness in each day. We look in detail at how a wide variety of foods can be used to provide the strong physical foundations for happiness; for example which foods are known to provide the biochemical building blocks for serotonin, your ‘happy’
Time: 9.30am registration for 10am start, finishing at 4.30pm. Price includes light refreshments during mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks, plus lunch (choice of hot dishes & dessert). Total Price
