Built in Workington Buses Day
Volunteers from Workington Transport Heritage are gathering a collection of buses and coaches that were produced at Leyland's Lillyhall factory from the 1970s to 1990s.
They will gather for one day only at the Energus site, close to the factory. This is off the Lillyhall roundabout on the A595.
Nationals, Lynxes, Doyens, Olympians and Titans are expected to attend, coming from Lancashire, the north-east and Scotland. And we'll allow a few non-Leyland interlopers as well.
