Crossing the Barriers Within - OIWF
This year for the Oxford International Women’s Festival we will be hosting an evening to explore the inner barriers and mental & emotional blocks we face when making choices and changes in our lives, be they big or small, and the ways in which we can overcome these barriers which hold us back.
The evening will include conversation, reflection, creative activities, and meditation. Light refreshments will be served.
