The Great Meeting Unitarian Chapel, Hinckley
Heritage Open Day: The Chapel dates from 1722. The gallery is still mostly in original condition. Alterations to the seating took place early in 20th century. The organ dates from 1890, the 'Parliament Clock' from 1740. The pulpit pre-dates the building. The tree of life embroideries at the front of the Chapel date from 1902.
Our archive display this year will focus on Chapel Members and Ministers through the ages, using a mixture of photographs and documents.
