Controlling the Waters of 'Ankhams (R. Ancholme) oozy flood' (Stukeley 1724).

Heritage Open Day: Short walk to discover the history of the canalisation of the River Ancholme, of Ferriby Sluice, which controls the flow of drainage waters from Lincoln to the Humber and a short drive to Horkstow suspension bridge.
