Stoke Minster

Heritage Open Day: A chance to see the newly restored WW1 stained glass window. Display boards giving an insight into the Heritage of the Minster. Ceramic memorials to the great local potters including a Flaxman sculpture of Josiah Wedgwood. Jos. Wedgwood and Spode are buried in the Minster grounds. Uniquely interesting Minton & Hollins memorial wall tiles as well as the beautiful floor tiles in the chancel. There is an organ recital at 12.00 on the magnificent Walker organ. A display of vintage
