‘Unravelling the Thornileys’, a talk by Sylvia Dillon. Sylvia has been helping our member Margaret Smith, sharing and furthering their research into their Thorniley ancestors. She will describe how they jointly reviewed and proved past research using parish records, estate papers, wills and other sources. This will be a good ‘how to do it’ presentation.
Meetings start at 7.30pm, with tea and coffee available, and talks at 8pm. Free admission.
