Clumber Park - Clumber Park Beginner Run Groups (Wed & Thurs)

If you are completely new to running, looking to ease yourself back into some gentle exercise or training for a parkrun or Race for Life, this is the perfect group for you. Join our qualified Leaders in Running Fitness, in the beautiful setting of Clumber Park to gradually build your fitness and confidence in running. The group will meet every Wednesday and Thursday morning (choose which is best for you or feel free to come to both!). New members are welcome to join the group at any time.
