Flour Milling at Ellis Mill with Nowt Takeen Owt

Heritage Open Day: Step back in time! Visit Ellis Mill and see how flour used to be made. Built in 1798, this mill is the sole survivor of a row of nine windmills along the Lincoln Edge.
