WEA Adult Education Course - This course will support you to improve your health and fitness levels through bespoke physical activity in the gym and health information sessions tailored to individual needs. This course focuses on students building a basic knowledge and understanding of fitness and health related conditions and developing confidence in community involvement through learning about other charities and opportunities.
