Priories Historical Society: Conisborough Castle
New revised talk by Pat McLaughlin, local expert. The Castle was built by the Plantagenets. Was the main influence for the story of 'IVANHOE' the story by Sir Walter Scott. Pat has been requested for this return talk by the members as his talks are always informative and interesting.
We are open from 7pm for the talk to start at 7.30 p.m. The cost is £3 for visitors and £2 for members. We hold a raffle and drinks (including soft drinks) are available at the bar. Pre night booking
