For its 2016 season, Wallingford Museum has a brand new special exhibition presenting ‘300 Years of Cartoons!’ This spectacular private collection has been brought together by our own Dr Steve Head to show interesting, and often hilarious examples of the development and use of cartoons from their origins and through the last three centuries.
