Houghton Regis Ju Jitsu Club

We are a new, friendly, martial art club we train in a safe controlled manner. We practice a traditional but highly effective form of self-defence embracing modern concepts of jujitsu. The techniques we train were used to great effect by samurai warriors on the battlefields of ancient Japan and are still used today in the world of mixed Martial Arts.
