Create your own broomstick from materials found on the estate. Each broomstick comes complete with a magical broomstick flying licence.
Learn how to make a traditional besom broomstick, with the rangers, from birch twigs with a handle of hazel or ash . All materials collected from the estate making each one unique.

Luton Arts Collective, Flamingo Arts, will be holding free workshops at The Mall Luton on Monday 22nd and Wednesday 24th October where children can make their own light-up poppy, plus receive a goody bag with instructions for how to make more poppies at home.

HAVE A SPOOKTACULAR TIME
Help Percy the Pumpkin find all the clues to save the Halloween sweeties from Witchy Wendy. Our self-led trail will take place in our very SPOOKtacular Sensory Garden, with some BOOtiful characters along the way – all children receive a certificate and sweets for taking part.
Make your own hat for a witch or a wizard in our Craft Barn then wear it for any halloween parties you go to or on the pumpkin trail.

Make a willow and tissue lantern decorated with autumn leaves collected around the Park, which will look amazing lit up at night for Halloween or Bonfire Night, or just to add a woodland glow to a room.

This bitesize 4 hour session provides you with a great introduction to bushcraft.

As part of the Museums at Night event, the Swiss Garden is pleased to open its gates for two evenings in October and show off its lovely collection of trees, shrubberies and architectural features in an entirely new light.
On Thursday 25th October, fans of Match Attax, the official Premier League Trading Card Game, can swap with other collectors, learn to play the card game and try their luck in a head-to-head challenge of stats, tactic and skill.
