Off the Rails - the railways in history, literature, film and song

This course is organised by the WEA (Workers' Educational Association)

The development of Britain's railways brought about a revolution in the social and industrial life of the UK. We will look at how this massive change was reflected in novels, poetry and film.
This entertaining course is not just for railway enthusiasts!
