Wake up Smiling: how to transform your life through meditation ~ drop-in classes in the Lakes

4-week Series - Tuesday Class in the Temple for World Peace, Ulverston with international teacher Genl-la Kelsang Dekyong. Each class will consist of guided meditation, and a talk with an opportunity for questions, followed by light refreshments in the peaceful environment of the Temple.
