WEA Adult Education Course - Russian into Autumn. On this short course students will become acquainted or perhaps revisit, some texts from the great Russian literary tradition including short stories by Pushkin and Buida, a classic novel by Turgenev and the Cherry Orchard by Anton Chekhov. Students will be encouraged to reflect on their reading and to carry out some research so they can share their findings about the individual authors, the prevailing culture and the times they lived in.
