Capturing Coral

An exciting opportunity to explore new drawing techniques, working from coral specimens on loan from the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. Participants will use a range of materials to complete a series of sketches, introducing ideas that will culminate in a longer observational drawing to take home. Inspired by the intricate structure of reef-building animals, the workshop will take a closer look at some of the 1,000 species of hard coral that exist worldwide. Led by artist Nicola Fielding. For ages 16+.

2pm. £8.
