Heritage Open Day: View displays and artefacts from bygone Bitterne, which for will evoke memories of an era before the bypass was constructed. Our shop front displays are based on real shops from the past and will educate the young and bring back memories to those who are a bit older.
A team of volunteers dressed in period costume will be on hand to provide information and guidance to visitors.
A quiz will be open to children who would like to have fun and enjoy learning about the past.
