This year we are going to hold our sixth Jigsaw Puzzle Festival at Bitterne United Reformed Church. It is going to be held in half term week, from Monday 22nd October to Saturday 27th October from 10.00am to 4.00pm daily. There will be hundreds of puzzles on display and to buy. Admission is £1.00.

Sunnyfields Farm has gone pumpkin orange again!!!!
We have grown thousands of pumpkins for you to choose from - massive ones, warty ones, white ones, blue ones, little munchkins and of course lots of orange ones...
If you missed the fireworks last weekend come along to Greta Park on Saturday 10th November 50% of your admission money is distributed to good causes around Hedge End by the Carnival Committee. So not only do you get a great firework display you also benefit from the money raised throughout the rest of the year.
Come along to Longdown Activity Farm for some frightfully fun activities on the run up to Hallowe’en; there’ll be lots of spooky stuff to see and do. Enter the Haunted Barn at your peril from Monday 22nd October through to Sunday 28th October and have a go at carving your own pumpkin into a grimacing ghoul*.
Usually the biggest Steam-up Sunday of the year. All our resident traction engines and road rollers will be home again after the summer away plus friends of theirs with yet more engines. The museum will be in steam as well. Both large steam engines and our small vertical one should be working away.

Our resident wizard is putting trainee flyers through their paces to earn their Level 3 broomstick license. Sessions last 20 minutes and take place each day in the ‘flying arena’ on the front lawn of Marwell hall on a first come first served basis.
