St Lawrence Church Open Day and Tinsley History Walk
Heritage Open Day: St Lawrence Church is one of very few historic buildings left in Tinsley, a post-industrial suburb of Sheffield that has been a settlement since before the Norman Conquest. The current church was built in 1879 but its on the site of at least one earlier church. There is a possibility of this site being a place for people to come together since Saxon times or earlier.
