COME ON IN TO FAIRTRADE
LEARN TO KNIT & EMBROIDERY WORKSHOPS
Come and join us for a Fairtrade tea and be inspired by the craft skills of fair trade producers. Learn to knit (with or without fairtrade wool) or master kantha, traditional embroidery stitch.

Come and learn the basics of knitting, inspired by the craft skills of fairtrade producers around the world. Or if you can already knit, then join us for a fairtrade tea while you knit with us. Bring your own needles and wool if you have them, otherwise tools and materials will be provided.
EMBROIDERY WORKSHOP
Bring your own item - maybe a shirt, pair of jeans or you can purchase a fairtrade item on the day. We will teach you to how to embellish your item using freehand kantha embroidery - a traditional South Asian stitch used by fairtrade producers in India & Bangladesh.
